The second in the Monster Gathering series of fantastic fantasy figures!
The second figure in the 'Monster Gathering' original figure series created by the new figure company Coreplay! This time the figure is of the nine-tailed Chinese phoenix - Nan Gong Yi! The Monster Gathering series is a new series that features figures based on creatures of folklore from various parts of the world.
The name Nan Gong Yi comes from the Vermilion Bird of the South and its seven mansions. She was carefully protected from a young age as a rare one in a thousand phoenix born with nine tails. However, filled with curiosity of the outside world she became unable to bear such a repressive life, and opened a hole in her room and fell into the unknown world of the humans.
The figure is posed floating in the air wearing a rose gold outfit with relief engraving - a brilliant outfit that brings out the phoenix's noble appearance in figure form. The figure includes a booklet that includes a short story about the character.
