Hi Sir,

Unfortunately we do not allow customers to transfer their preorder deposits from one order to another; unless we cannot fulfill the order for some unforeseen reason. This is because we have already paid our suppliers for the preorder items and if our customers cancel their order, we will be stuck with the item until we can find another buyer.

If you wish to cancel your preorder, sir, we regretfully inform you that your deposits on the order will be forfeited. :(

Please kindly reconsider this course of action, ya.
